July 17: A Midsummer Night at Greenmarket, Union Square

NYU is a proud community partner in a first-of-its-kind event: A Midsummer’s Night at Greenmarket, Union Square’s first Nighttime Farmers Market, July 17 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm.

To celebrate the market's 37th anniversary, neighbors can enjoy farmer stalls with farm-fresh produce, meats, and cheeses; a curated roster of restaurants serving prepared foods; programming for families; live music by the Blue Vipers of Brooklyn and Jude Roberts; and a Brooklyn Beer Bar in the pavilion featuring Brooklyn Greenmarket Wheat. All of your favorite Wednesday Greenmarket farmers will be in attendance, along with restaurants selling individual dishes, desserts, and beverages.
This will be only the second night time farmer’s market in New York City’s history!

This event is free and open to the public. For more info (and coupons for discounts on food) explore the Greenmarket Website »
