November 19 & 20: Thanksgiving Meal Giveaway at Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry

Hurricane Sandy has left many more people in need of help celebrating their annual Thanksgiving traditions, and the Our Lady of Sorrow Food Pantry is in need of volunteers to help prepare and distribute their annual Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway and food baskets.

Our Lady of Sorrows Food Pantry, 213 Stanton Street

On Monday, November 19th beginning at 3:00 pm volunteers are needed to help put together the food baskets that will be distributed the following day. Volunteers can plan to stay as long as they are able according to their own availability. 1-5 volunteers are sought for this event. RSVP »

On Tuesday, November 20th beginning at 9:00 am we need volunteers to help distribute the baskets and manage the crowd of recipients. Volunteers can plan to stay as long as they are able according to their own availability. 1-5 volunteers are sought for this event. RSVP »
