The Brennan Center for Justice invites you to a film screening and panel discussion with host Mo Rocca: join us for Electoral Dysfunction, a documentary project that takes and irreverent, nonpartisan look at voting in America. The film hopes to spark national dialogue on the steps that ordinary citizens can take to ensure that every vote counts in the upcoming Presidential election and beyond.
